Q: Are your items handmade?
A: Yes! We make everything ourselves wherever possible.

Q: Do you have a brick and mortar store?
A: Our store is only online. However, check out "where to find us?" - we may pop up at a local event near you!


Shipping and Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Our shipping fee is $10 within NZ, and $20 NZD to Australia. Flat items can be sent via letter mail at a lower cost - contact us to arrange this.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Orders will be sent via tracked parcel by default.

Q: What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
A: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

Q: Do you take Afterpay?
A: We currently do not take Afterpay or other "buy now pay later" methods.

Q: Do you accept refunds?
